Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase of tickets for the summit event (the “Event”) organised by The Caterer (“we”, "us”, “our”)

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Terms

All bookings will be confirmed via automatic e-mail within 5 working days. If you do not receive confirmation of your booking please contact Sophie Lancaster at Sophie.Lancaster@jacobsmediagroup.com.

By booking your place/s at this Event you are entering into a binding agreement.

Payment

Tickets must only be purchased through the official sales channels.

Bookings may be paid by credit card at the time of booking or an invoice can be requested. Payments via invoice payment will be accepted up until the date that is four weeks prior to the Event. After this date, we will no longer accept payments via invoice.

Invoice payments must be received by The Caterer by return.

Cancellations

• Cancellations must be made in writing to the registration contact at the address below. If you cancel more than 42 days before the date of the Event, you are entitled to opt for either of the following:

a. Request a refund we will refund your booking fee less an administrative charge of 15%; or

b. Nominate a replacement attendee to transfer the ticket to. Note that we reserve the right to decline inappropriate attendees; or

c. Request to defer your ticket to the equivalent event held the following year.

• If you cancel within 42 days of the Event no refund will be given. However, at our sole discretion, you may either defer your ticket to the following year or nominate a replacement attendee. If we cancel the Event we will refund all booking fees paid.
• Our liability for loss or damage incurred as the result of cancellation or postponement of the Event is limited to the amount of your booking fee.

Photography and Media

We reserve the right to capture and use photographs, video and audio recordings of the Event for promotional purposes. Force Majeure We are not liable for failure or delay in performance of our obligations under these Terms to the extent they are caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, insurrection, riot, civil commotion, government regulation, embargo, explosion, strike, labour dispute (except involving our own employees), pandemic or epidemic, illness, flood, fire or tempest.

Data Protection

Personal information collected in connection with the purchase of a ticket will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or its subject matter or formation.

Entire Agreement

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes and extinguishes all previous and contemporaneous agreements, promises, assurances, and understandings between them, whether written or oral, relating to its subject matter.

No part of this website may be reproduced or transmitted by any means, electronic, mechanical, (including photocopying), recording or by any information storage and retrieval system, without prior permission from the copyright owner.
