How to Book

If you have any questions about how to book your ticket please contact Tilly Cole at tilly.cole@jacobsmediagroup.com. The Caterer reserve the right to accept or decline bookings.

Terms

All bookings will be confirmed via automatic e-mail within 5 working days. If you do not receive confirmation of your booking please contact Tilly Cole - email tilly.cole@jacobsmediagroup.com or telephone : +44 20 7881 4826.

By booking your place/s at this event you are entering into a binding agreement.

Payment

Bookings may be paid by credit card at the time of booking or an invoice can be requested. Payments via invoice payment will be accepted up until four weeks prior to the event.

Invoice payments must be received by The Caterer by return. 

Cancellations

• Cancellations must be made in writing to the registration contact at the address below.  If you cancel more than 42 days before the date of the event we will refund your booking fee less an administrative charge of 15%.  If you cancel within 42 days of the event no refund will be given.
• If we cancel the function we will refund all booking fees paid.  
• Our liability for loss or damage incurred as the result of cancellation or postponement of the event is limited to the amount of your booking fee.

These terms and conditions are governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
